Practical information
We invite participants from DUT City Panel member cities and DUT’s Public Officers and Practitioners Community. Please note that we can only accommodate one person per city and Transition Pathway (15mC, CUE, PED) which means a max. of three participants per member city.
DUT will cover accommodation costs (for two nights, 31 May – 2 June). We will book a room contingent in a hotel close to the event venue and will send further practicalities shortly. If you need further support to be able to participate, please get directly in contact with us.
Steps to take before the meeting
City Panel: We want to build upon your experiences and facilitate collaboration
• Please indicate via the registration link if you would like to share one of your projects at the meeting. This could include a particular challenge or good practice you face in your work, or any other input that you would like to shortly present.
• We plan to co-create an overview on central strategies and project examples from your cities on the three main topics of DUT: the energy, mobility transition and resource transition. Therefore, we will share a template to collect good practice with those of you who will participate, to prepare the meeting’s agenda and content further.
PoP Community members: We continue our discussion on selected procedure and procurement gaps
• Please finalize you profile and aims in our PoP C Tool.
• We plan to continue our discussion on transition themes, transition management processes (organizational gaps) and on energy communities (procedure and procurements gaps). If you want to discuss any other specific items on procedure and procurement gaps, do not hesitate to contact our project’s team.
