Coordinating structure: the National Smart City Architecture and National Smart City Data Sharing Governance Platform will be developed in 2023. Standard and secure mutual data exchange will be provided between the National Smart City Data Sharing Governance Platform and the Local Data Sharing Platforms. The main stakeholders involved in developing the platform are: Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change – The General Directorate of ILBANK, the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye – TÜBİTAK and the Union of Municipalities of Türkiye (TBB). TÜBİTAK aims to establish a synergistic alignment between the National Smart Cities Strategy and Action Plan and the targets of the Mission on Climate Neutral and Smart Cities.
