DUT Call 2025 - Inclusion Procedure

Deadline for main applicants to inform the Call Secretariat about new applicants (please attach funding agency confirmation): April 09, 2026 (EOB)

Submission deadline full proposals: April 23, 2026 at 13:00 (CEST)

Who can add new partners to their proposal?

Any consortium invited to Stage 2 can invite one or more additional co-applicants from the following list of funding agencies and ministries only:

• ARIS
• BF
• CCDRC
• FIO / VLAIO (university colleges only)
• HRZZ
• KAIA
• MHESR

If an Agency or Ministry is not on this list, new partners funded by that Agency or Ministry cannot be added.

Please note that a new partner will be declared ineligible if they are not added according to the process outlined in the FAQ document.

You may find additional information on the conditions and contacts of the funding agencies above in Annex A in the Call text.

If you are interested in joining a consortium, we encourage you to use the DUT matchmaking platform. If there is a specific abstract in the list below that you are interested in and you cannot find it on the matchmaking platform, feel free to reach out to call@dutpartnership.eu and we will assist you.

Applicants of the DUT Call 2025 had the choice to give the DUT Call Secretariat permission to publish their abstracts so that they can easily be accessed in the context of this inclusion procedure. These abstracts can be found in the document below. Please be aware that these are only the ones that granted permission to be published and that there are more proposals invited to Stage 2 than the ones in the document.
