DUT invites all projects funded in the first two DUT calls and representatives from involved national funding agencies to a Projects Event that combines a projects kick-off  for the DUT Call 23 and a midterm event for DUT Call 22.

For the projects funded in the DUT Call 2023 and that recently started their journey, the kick-off event provides a valuable opportunity to meet other projects, network, start the exchange of knowledge across projects and to learn how to get the most out of the DUT programme activities.

For the projects funded in the DUT Call 2022 the mid-term event provides an excellent opportunity to deep-dive into thematic discussions and knowledge exchange across projects, to learn how to maximize out-reach and impact from project results and to find partners for future DUT calls.

The programme includes plenary sessions, interactive workshops, networking and site visits.

The programme strives for a high level of interaction, mixing presentations with interaction in group discussions and workshops. To create strong engagement and networking across the DUT community the kick-off and midterm event will be organized together.

We encourage on-site participation with two participants per DUT project. We ask all project coordinators to inform their partners about this event and help us ensure a good balance between researchers and partners outside academia at the event. Additional project partners are welcome to attend online. The projects event will be organised back-to-back with the PED conference.

    Knowledge Hub session: Projects split up into three TP specific groups (15mC, CUE and PED) to dive into impact related issues in a three-step methodology. Interactive session only for online participants mirroring the onsite workshop.
