DUT Projects Event 2025

DUT invites all projects funded in the first two DUT calls and representatives from involved national funding agencies to a Projects Event that combines a projects kick-off  for the Call 23 and a midterm event for call 22. The event will run from 29 September – 1 October in Milano, Italy.

For the projects funded in the DUT Call 2023 and that recently started their journey, the kick-off event provides a valuable opportunity to meet other projects, network, start the exchange of knowledge across projects and to learn how to get the most out of the DUT programme activities.

For the projects funded in the DUT Call 2022 the mid-term event provides an excellent opportunity to deep-dive into thematic discussions and knowledge exchange across projects, to learn how to maximize out-reach and impact from project results and to find partners for future DUT calls.

The program includes plenary sessions, interactive workshops, networking and site visits. Parts of the kick-off event will be hybrid, with all sessions available onsite and some of them online.

The program strives for a high level of interaction, mixing presentations with interaction in group discussions and workshops. To create strong engagement and networking across the DUT community the kick-off and midterm event will be organized together. Some actvities will be specifically organized for call 22 and 23 projects.

The projects event will be organised back-to-back with the PED conference. On-site participation with two participants per project is mandatory.
