DUT Call 2022 Projects Kick-off

DUT invites all projects funded in the DUT Call 2022 and representatives from involved national funding agencies to a projects kick-off event in Brussels on 11-12 April 2024. The kick-off event provides an opportunity for project partners to meet and to establish a strong community from start.

The kick-off event aims to:

• Introduce project partners to the DUT Partnership and activities
• Inform about programme requirements and planned support activities
• Provide opportunity for projects to share information about their projects, engage in strategic discussions and find areas for cooperation during the projects’ timeline
• Provide coaching and training

The programme strives for a high level of interaction, mixing presentations with interaction in group discussions and workshops. The DUT team will give important information on formal requirements and programme activities in the coming three years and respond to questions from the projects.

Parts of the projects kick-off event will fully be hybrid, with all activities being offered onsite but only some of them online.

Target groups

Coordinators and project partners funded in the DUT Call 2022, representatives from involved national funding agencies and experts from European Commission. We expect 2-3 representatives from each project to attend the kick-off event onsite in Brussels. We ask all project coordinators to inform your partners about this event and help us ensure a good balance between researchers and partners outside academia at the event. Additional project partners are welcome to attend online.
