DUT Call 2024 Projects Kick Off Event - BY INVITATION ONLY

DUT is inviting all projects funded in the DUT Call 2024 to an online kick-off event on 6 May 2026. The event aims to give provide an introduction to the partnership, its mission and key activities and inform about upcoming activities and requirements. The event will provide ample opportunities for knowledge sharing and networking amongst projects and to strengthen the DUT community.  Furthermore, the event is a chance for projects to meet with members of the DUT Management board and representatives from national funding agencies. 

Target groups

This event is mandatory for DUT Call 2024 projects. We encourage participation by 2-3 project partners.

Representatives from DUT national funding agencies. 

Registration

This event is by invitation only. All project partners from DUT call 2024 projects should have received an invitation per mail to the event, including a link to registration. The last day to register is 6 March. We strive for a highly interactive format. Therefore, please make sure to cancel your registration and assign another project member to register, should you register and not be able attend.  

This event is online only. A Zoom link will be sent out to all registered participants via email approx. one week before the event.

A more detailed program and instructions on how to prepare for the event will be published on this events page and communicated to projects coordinators and projects partners that have registered for the event.

    Morning plenary session: Introduction to the DUT programme

    • Introduction to DUT impact logic and key activities
    • Formal requirements, reporting and Q & A
    • Break for coffee and fresh air

    Parallel break-out sessions: Deep-dive into transition pathways and projects  

    • Overview topics and projects per transition pathway
    • Poster/pitching session

    Lunch break

    Workshop in smaller groups: Define impacts and explore challenges and commonalities across projects    

    • Impact workshop in three rounds
